Restoration of an old building

One of the challenges in older buildings is to see the planning potential inherent in it. In the case before you, we were asked to check all the building rights and planning options and take full advantage of them. The plan was to demolish the entire existing apartment and rebuild it without damaging the other existing apartments in the building. The challenge was not simple because it is a very old structure, in the upper part of the apartment there were no columns and with the help of a constructor engineer the existing columns were strengthened and new columns were added. The result: the apartment was expanded by 2 wings and a bedroom system was built on the roof floor.
