A young family purchased an old building in downtown Holon with the aim of upgrading it and turning it into a worthy building. After examining the building rights in the local committee and understanding the planning options, a planning program was prepared that included all the planning requirements of the apartment owners. The apartment was fundamentally upgraded, all the interior walls were demolished, the existing flooring was uprooted and the tiled roof above the apartment was dismantled. The apartment was extended to the front and rear and rooms were built on the roof with a perimeter balcony around the result in front of you from the existing condition in which I received the building until the completion of construction.
